      Pros

      Great environment and an unlimited amount of opportunity for growth as long as you are committed and willing to work hard! The people at all levels of Brooksource truly care about your personal and professional success and well being. The amount the company as a whole places emphasis on caring for people- be it our candidates, contractors, clients, or internal employees is unlike any other in the industry.

      Cons

      It isn't a job for everyone- you have to be willing to put in the work and persevere through the ups and downs of the job. You have to have a lot of trust in the process and in the company, but it's worth it in the end if you do! Things change quickly, you have to be ready to adapt.

      Pros

      -Company culture! Brooksource encourages the work hard, play hard mentality. As long as you put the work in, they will celebrate your success (think promotion parties, happy hours, company outings, etc.) -Promote from within. Every leader in this company started in the same spot. If you work hard, there are endless opportunities for growth. -Uncapped commission. You can make great money if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      -The staffing industry itself is tough. There are a lot of ups and downs and you can't control your product (people). -Base salary is a bit low (but they make up for this with the commission structure).
