      Pros

      Brooksource's model is growth from within so lots of opportunity for career growth and promotions within the company. Huge focus on developing leadership skills and continuing education, great community service presence, and a very team oriented culture. I'm a self-driven, entrepreneurial person and there's never been a lack of opportunity for me to utilize those traits and continue to grow .

      Cons

      You have to have thick skin to work in the staffing industry, and if you aren't self-motivated you're going to have a hard time keeping up.

      Pros

      It is a very fun atmosphere. The employees in our office are genuinely friends, not just coworkers. Management will work with you to hit your goals and do it as quick as possible. Still a young company so you can create the career you want.

      Cons

      The industry can be tough, some days are awesome but there are some dissapointing ones as well.

      Pros

      The best part about Brooksource is being able to come to work everyday and hang out with great people. Although you are always working very hard, it never actually feels like work because you are there with friends and constantly interacting with different people!

      Cons

      This job is not for anyone that wants to come in to work everyday and keep their head down and then leave right at 5 pm. It is a lot of hard work and you have to put a lot of effort into your job. If you are a hardworking person, this is the perfect job for you. It is so rewarding and fun! The pros definitely outweigh any cons!
