      If you are looking for a work place that encourages you to create new ideas, and then actually see them implemented then you are in the right place. They hire the right people to push you to do your very best, and they provide you with the right tools to maximize your potential. The comapny has so many ooportunites that your possibilities are endless based on where you want your career to go. Brooksource is just an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      In our industry you can't control everything so sometimes people back out, or companies don't do what they say they are going to do. So if there was any con it would be the industry since you can't control everything.

      It all starts with the culture. The people that work here are phenomenal, so coming into work is a pleasure on a daily basis - even on days when tough meetings or calls are waiting. We genuinely want each other to succeed, and we celebrate each others' success. Career growth and advancement: there are no limits on where you go with or how you build your career at Brooksource. Senior management is open to new and creative career paths, and you are constantly exposed to the different business models practiced by clients. Working at Brooksource provides an amazing education in business, management, and organizational culture.

      Cons

      One of the strengths of our company culture is that we're all given the lattitude to learn from and make our own mistakes. Sometimes this becomes a negative though when working with overwhelmed or unproven colleauges (in either recruiting, account management, or mangement roles).

      Pros

      My coworkers are my friends inside and outside of work. My manager is approachable at all times of the day. The President and CEO of the company has personally sent me a hand-written letter of encouragement. I love to go to work everyday!

      Cons

      Recruiting is a challenge no matter who you are working for, but that is about as negative as it gets.
