Here at Brooksource we structure our pay based on a commission-supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount our employees can make.       fast potential for growth, new opportunites, fun working environment, upbeat, great colleagues, can easily build a large network, helping people find jobs every single day!

      Cons

      job candidates are unpredictable (which can work in your favor as well!), have to sometimes be the bearer of bad news to job candidates

      They really want you to succeed so they provide you with all the training and information you need. Office managers and corporate are invested in each employee and help you get where you want to be - so much room for growth! It's a young, fun company and the work environment is the best I've come across yet. Everyone within the company is like family!

      The recruiting industry is always a challenge, because it's very competitive and uncontrollable at times
