      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to go out and booze.

      Cons

      Inorganic or forced friendships that others call “culture”. Be ready to have people you’ve only known for a month tell you that they love you and you’ve joined a family. Very low starting wages and a poor commission structure. A CEO that is known to be “creepy” amongst girls. No professional training from anyone with any real tenure in sales or recruiting. Guys were dropping the n word at company events. The week each branch of the company went through layoffs in 2020 the executive team took out a party bus to celebrate someone’s promotion - thanks fam.

      Recuirter was very helpful to get your started. Recruiter did regular check ins to make sure everything was okay or if I needed anything

      Cons

      Starting pay should be better.

      Pros

      The pay is decent enough, and there are some great team members.

      Cons

      They laid 200+ off through email. Toxic work environment mainly due to petty team leads who are always in competition with other leads. As a result, they bad-mouth other teams and try to get everyone else to chime in and pick a side.
