      Brooksource makes you believe you will be making 6 figures within two years which is an absolute lie. This job is for someone straight out of college living with their parents. You can't afford to pay bills.

Here at Brooksource, we structure our pay based on a commission-supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount our employees can make. Plus, we promote all our leadership positions from within, which means that starting salary is just the beginning of all the opportunities a career with Brooksource can provide!

      I love working at Brooksource because of the family aspect of our culture. Everyone genuinely cares for the success of the person sitting beside them. We strive to grow the person beside us because we only grow as a team.
