During my four years at Brooksource I have been continuously challenged but also given the support to thrive and grow within the company. While working here I’ve met some of my closest friends and have learned from the best mentors. When you join the Brooksource family you can expect to grow both personally and professionally, they truly care about the success of each individual and continually give you the tools to become better.

Brooksource has an incredibly positive and encouraging company culture. This is not a typical staffing company. Brooksource takes the time to train employees well and gives them ample time to ramp up productivity in order to succeed in the long term. The company has had incredible year to year growth and this has presented many amazing opportunities to advance careers because Brooksource only hires from within. Not the best compensation in the industry, but solid. The revamped health benefits for 2016 are a huge improvement. Smart and capable upper management that is very fun to be around. Incredibly happy to have started my career here.
