Primarily that the ever-changing needs of our clients can result in contracts not being renewed until mere days before the original end date. We understand the challenge that this uncertainty presents for our consultants and actively work to keep them informed to the best of our ability. That is why we recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if you have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions.
