They might be able to help you find work.

Cons

Once you have found work, if you need something else.... well, be prepared to bug them and bug them. It is obvious that your point of contact at Brooksource is only interested in closing the sale and helping you make 40 hours a week. Problem with signing up for benefits..... maybe if you bug them enough, you'll get a response. Problem with something else? Bug them and bug them and maybe you'll get an answer. Also, no PTO.

They helped me interview to get the job

I was a contractor and Brooksource took more than half my paycheck and gave me a terrible salary for the work I was doing. Their reasoning was that they were training me and giving me a lot of resources. I was never once trained by them. They BARELY engaged with me unless it was to scold me for talking about my salary or for being 'unprofessional' by asking for a raise. I would never recommend working for them. They were passive aggressive, unkind, and deceptive. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for so long but I was constantly disappointed and deceived.
