      Pros

      Great culture and great transition to the real world with people your age in the office.

      Cons

      The people themselves are a bit immature in nature and sometimes I longed for some more '"grown-up" type people in the environment. Life isn't all about getting crazy on the weekends... Also, this industry is extremely frustrating based on what city you are in. It can be frustrating trying to "hit your numbers" when there aren't any more people to call for a position. Good first job but I can't see someone really building a career out of this company. Also, starting Salary around $32,400 is way too low for the hours you put in.

      1. Culture- large support system, fun company to be apart of 2. Career progression- you can fulfill all of your long term goals at Brooksource. The company equips you with every resource that you need to succeed and leadership will help you get there. 3. Value Each Employee- your voice is heard within this company. If you want something, advocate for yourself and they will listen.

      Cons

      The industry is tough, filled with highs and lows. The job is very unpredictable and can cause a lot of stress.

      Pros

      Working for Brooksource's Austin market has been nothing short of amazing. I have received so much input on how to conduct better business practices, personal growth and development and technical understanding since joining their team. The training received upon starting with Brooksource was top of the line, I have yet to find any organization that has came even close to the onboarding process that Brooksource had given me. They are here to set you up for success.

      Cons

      Although I wouldn't necessarily call it a con, the amount of understanding of the technical world you must learn can be overwhelming. What you put in to this career is what you get out, the more you give yourself time to prepare and know the terms, the knowledge and technical understanding the better you will be prepared to hit the ground running in this career.
