The support system extends all the way from each individual office to the president and founders of the company. If you are looking for a company that truly invests in the careers of their employees, look no further.

      Pros

      We're growing so quickly and there are so many young people in the company. Your co-workers quickly become some of your best friends, and the work isn't bad at all if you're willing to put the effort in. It's a great culture for people coming right out of college.

      Cons

      In a little bit of transitional phase because of how quickly the company is growing. They're playing a little bit of catch up, but things are settling down a lot.

      Pros

      The culture is absolutely something that you can't find anywhere else. It is a continuously growing company but still keeps that family like feel. The training and development is a priority professionally and personally throughout the entire company. Working here, I get inspired everyday because you're surrounded my positive and hard working individuals. Brooksource was hands down the best career opportunity I have ever taken.

      Like any growing company, there has been a few learning curves.
