That is why we recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if they have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. Thank you again for sharing this insight with us!
