CXC Worst Department to Work In

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Try to provide fun activities to show their appreciation but this is all part of the game and how it looks to other departments.

Cons

The Sr. VP, VP and Senior Directors inability to provide knowledgeable and effective leadership has had a detrimental impact on CXC. This lack of knowledge not only impedes their own productivity but also places an undue burden on their colleagues who must compensate for their deficiencies. As a result, deadlines are missed, projects are delayed and the overall efficiency of the department suffers. This impacts each employee's performance review within the department.
