Grinding work with wonderful people.

Pros

- Co workers are good people with a true desire to do a good job, help churches, and help their fellow employees. - Official hours are good - No micromanaging. - If you show you are capable, you are given plenty of room to find your own way. - Best, and least toxic, work environment of my career.

Cons

- The workload is far above industry standard. Brutal at times. Few can keep normal working hours. - Managers listen but no needed changes that would really matter to employee morale ever come. - Most love the people they work with but have given up hope of workload getting better. In fact most believe it is only worsened.
