The stale atmosphere within the dept, with employees who will not adapt to new ideas. Sarcasm from mgmt, and no structure. Low moral.

large company with many opportunities in all directions including: IT, accounting, medical, service... great benefits

Cons

None. But it all depends on who your boss and co-workers are since seniority can be seen. Some departments are packed with employees that are 15 to 25+ years there.

Pros

Good health benefits. Good work-life balance as top management is committed to having a good work-life balance for themselves. Corporate office buildings are a ghost town by 5PM Monday to Thursday and earlier on Friday or holidays.

Cons

Management is not adaptable and flexible regarding workforce planning. Workers not encouraged to grow professionally and be upwardly mobile. They are required to fill certain routine functions and roles and get blocked if they try to climb out of those repetitive functions/roles. Too much favoritism and cronyism.
