Pros

Great schedule flexibility, lots of room for growth between different techniques, training in Germany/Switzerland each year. Travel reimbursed, company gives commissions based on installation of new equipment.

Cons

Lots of administrative building taking place but not in place yet. Communication can be quite bad. No common position titles in job ads. Not much room for upward movement when in the field. Hard to comuunicate needs to correct people.

Pros

There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

No leadership, no plan, no career path for employees outside of Europe where all decisions are made. Lots of politics, infighting and poor morale - not to mention the pay is below industry standard. Good people eventually give up and leave, poor performers/lousy colleagues stay forever because management ignores the problems, and in some cases encourage it. The company will never improve unless there is a complete overhaul in upper management, and that won't happen because they have jobs-for-life in Europe. The culture is just toxic.
