A very clear focus on shareholder expectations over employee welfare and satisfaction. High turn-over rates and slow hiring (if the backfill is approved). A persistent gap in compensation and benefits relative to similar companies. Poor execution of change management and succession planning. Increasingly poor environment and work culture.
