Pros
If you like working in the scientific instrumentation industry, this is one of the best companies to work for. Many of the people are top notch, and the company seems to have a lot of potential in the marketplace.
Cons
Management does not solicit any input from the employees on matters related to job positions, duties, or compensation. There is very little IT support, and if you're not in the vicinity of the corporate offices, it's very difficult to maintain meaningful communication ties.
