      Pros

      I have enjoyed flex time, the people here are great, plus we have the ability to continuously improve our processes.

      Cons

      Everything was great until we heard our product line is moving to Germany by end of year. Dad that all my co-workers will be out of work soon.

      It is in Santa Barbara, a very nice place. Very nice group; work environment is very nice; the technology is advanced.

      Cons

      The entire business is recessing, not much opportunity to expand.

      Pros

      Awesome Group of People, and they care a lot about their staff.

      Cons

      There are no cons to think of except the traffic on 101 freeway going through Santa Barbara, but that does not apply to them of course.
