- Declining talent quality: With the most of the experienced and capable employees having already left (and more likely to follow), the center is at risk of turning into little more than a transactional service hub.
- Appauling leadership: Senior leadership lacks backbone and rarelz addresses internal conflicts effectively. Team leaders often lack basic knowledge of accounting and operational processes, which blocks innovation and frustrates those trying to improve workflows. Leadership training appears nonexistent.
- Hiring trend continues downward: New roles are now being filled by junior profiles with standard pay and little experience, a continuation of the poor staffing strategy that is eroding quality.
