There are good advancement opportunities for those willing to be devoted. They add a few extra uncounted holidays between Christmas and New Years.

Cons

Management can change target goals suddenly. Be ready to adapt to re-assignments. There is only one Medical PPO plan offered by Blue Shield. Kaiser is not offered.

The people who work for Bruker are generally really smart, good people who are highly skilled at their jobs and professional in approach to executing their responsibilities.

Cons

The management of the company is interested only in the share price primarily because that is what their bonuses are tied to. Most senior managers do not have any appreciation for the incredible barriers they erect in front of people struggling to get their jobs done in a professional manner.
