-The interviewing process was organized and allowed me to meet employees from different facets of the organization, providing a clear overview of what the position's roles and responsibilities fit into the overarching goals of the entire company. -Everyone was pleasant and 1 on 1 interviews felt more like a mutual discussion as opposed to a question and answer session. - The time between interviewing and receiving an offer was rapid, with clear communication from the recruitment/HR team, who made themselves easily available for help throughout the entire process.

-Some 1 on 1 sessions could be combined to include multiple employees.
