let down by the worst managers in the business, the company destroyed by HR abuses, promotion only if your married to President, no strategic plans or drive for quality, no responsibility taken for failures HR goals to push people out and destroy careers - real HR professionals are not given the chance to lead, instead empire building by the incompetent
