      Fine pay I guess, Some coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Being in the office is depressing. Don't expect free snacks, just bad coffee (if the machine is working). Don't expect guidance or any help. You are expected to do more with less budget and resources. It's typically pretty chaotic (no one knows what to do or company goals until like Q3). Need help from IT? Well they laid everyone off and outsourced IT so good luck. Although some people are nice, Director level and above will belittle you, yell at coworkers and make you feel like a workhorse.
