      Pros

      Maybe one of the best companies in the scientific instrumentation industry. Great products, better people in sales field and product management-

      Cons

      Management are lost, walking in the desert without a compass or map, except Biotyper management. They are the only one who talk about customer and develop continuosly innovation.

      No Flexibility in work schedule. Small scale manufacturing. Material shortages always an issue in production.
