      Pros

      Technical people like applications and service personnel are knowlegable and professional. Product is well tested before being released to market. Flexible on pricing when necessary.

      Cons

      No formal personal development plan. Insufficient training for new hires for such a high tech product. Local management has poor understanding of the market. Pay is on the lower end of the scale for a multi national.

      Maybe one of the best companies in the scientific instrumentation industry. Great products, better people in sales field and product management-

      Cons

      Management are lost, walking in the desert without a compass or map, except Biotyper management. They are the only one who talk about customer and develop continuosly innovation.
