      Not the best onboarding but good work-life balance

      Pros

      Good pay and friendly colleagues. Flexibility and independence. A good overall working conditions.

      Cons

      Constantly changing processes without a real training. Here applies the "learning by doing". Colleagues usually don't have the time to train or help you. Some managers lack of diplomacy with workers or don't trat workers equally, creating in some cases discrepancies and an unhealthy working environment.
