      Laid back atmosphere and the people. Good pay. Cutting edge technology.

      Tend to favor German employees over their US personnel.

      I am not sure that I can think of the pro's. It was a poison pill environment.

      Pros

      Not many. Pay is [barely] OK but you have to beg for it. Used to be some pros such as show of care for their employees. But over time all things have dropped. Now is just plain callous.

      Cons

      No one cares about each other. Very poor employee morale and no job satisfaction. Country club mentality. If you're in, you're in. If you're out, you stand no chance.
