      Colleagues were very capable and high functioning individuals. Better than average work/life balance.

      Management- poor M&A strategy, scandalous behavior reflective of a small regional company. Commercial team toxic to women.

      Nothing yet, time will tell if I stick around that long.

      Worked at a smaller company that was recently acquired by Bruker, The transition has been rocky, and fraught with problems. Benefits decreased in quality markedly upon transition. Specifically, the lack of a paid parental leave policy is rather embarrassing for a modern company who aims to "improve the quality of human life", a line take straight from the first sentence on their "About" web page.
