Poor pay, Bureaucracy in management, non-existent company structure

Like most larger companies it has its negative points., They are very bottom line driven, tons of bureaucracy making it difficult to get your job done and meet company goals. One great example it took 6 or 7 approvals just to get an intern job posting approved! yes 6 o7, then some bean counter said no to spending $5-6K! He had accounting errors > than that! Also, the general manager although a nice person had a terrible habit of "stove piping" employees! He never contributed to any problems that came up and twisted the truth until it became the new narrative and everyone got tired of hearing him. He went thru several, in a couple cases world class employees while I was there.
