      Pros

      flexible hours mostly ( depends on the boss). You can work whenever you like.

      Cons

      Toxic & hostile work environment. Extremely stingy corporation. People are old school conservatives, openly making sexist and racist comments. Targeted bullying is rampant if you dare speak up. Most hires are on some form of work visa, who have no other choice than to keep tolerating this hostile environment. Recruiters will lie to you about the compensation & benefits during interview. Beware!
