      Pros

      Bruker is committed to high-level innovation and places high value on its employees. Atmosphere and job responsibilities very stimulating in R&D, and likewise, I find my colleagues in areas from Production to Operations to Sales and Service to be very committed to job quality and mutual support. Genuine attention to and often excellent collaboration with customers is also a key point of job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Pay can be v.good but not at top of market. Competition with Pharma, etc... can be a challenge, but maybe to be balanced against other factors in quality of life. Good atmosphere, but would benefit from higher fraction of women and probably too, more overall diversity.
