Pros

Overall, my experience was fine — very middle of the road. The company has some good people and gives employees a fair amount of autonomy to handle their territories or projects in the way that works best for them.

Cons

As market conditions tightened, though, workloads increased noticeably while compensation structures didn’t really adjust to reflect that. Sales targets also became more aggressive, which made it harder to feel balanced. Teams and leadership changed fairly often, so expectations and priorities could shift quickly. It’s not a bad place to work by any means, but it can feel a bit inconsistent depending on timing and who’s on your team.
