Pros

The company strives to be best in class for safety. They value innovation and excellence. I'm glad that I landed here. I have a good work-life balance and managers at my location really seem to care about individual employees.

Cons

Base pay is not Employer of Choice level and there's a lot of competition for skilled labor. If we want to be the best, we have to get the best. To get the best, you have to pay the best.
