Strong leadership: My manager really has my back, while also holding me accountable WFH days: Tuesday and Thursday are work from home days Autonomy: They really stress that we as analysts should own our apps, which I prefer to a helicopter manager

Cons

Team morale: I think this is unique to my small team, but it seems like they have been overlooked in the past and thus they don't have much trust in the vision of the company Slow to act: It is a large(r) company so to get anything done it take a while and there are many hoops to jump through
