Pros

Excellent social work supervisors and managers on the psychiatric unit. The whole team was usually really helpful if people needed coverage or assistance.

Cons

I know this is very dividing but we were asked to inquire about individuals flu vaccination status, even contractors, during flu season which is nobody's business. This didn't come from the individual department's managers but was sent in a system e-mail.
