Sometimes we get access to community events, health insurance is decent, paid time off accumulation is good.

Cons

Sonographers are underpaid and overworked. Senior leaders turn a blind eye to allied professions and give massive raises to nurses instead, we are supposed to be a team but it doesn't feel like it. There's also no upward movement for sonographers in this organization.

Communication, time, easy to pick up hours that you need. The people are well educated and training is smooth. Very fast paced environment.

Cons

Management does not listen to you. They will require mandatory overtime and will not work with your schedule. They are close minded.
