Staff is pleasant overall, pay is good for midwest, patients are pretty loyal.

Cons

Experience may vary depending on management, the hospital loves gossiping and sometimes feels like high school rather than a professional setting. The hospital is usually late in adapting best practices, or improving morale throughout the entire facility. They need to work on improving their manager's skills greatly*

Pros

Leadership cares to be seen and therefore makes gestures like an annual gift card during the holidays, a one time bonus during a switch to of operating systems and Great branding, "one team, one purpose" "care like crazy" etc... The units are very tight knit.

Cons

Pay seems low compared to national average. Also we've been very full as one of the only fully functioning hospitals in Lincoln.
