The wages were great, the job was interesting. The best part of the job was greeting the customers and feeling like an important part of the ER.

Cons

Fellow employees weren't supportive, the training was inadequate since you had to switch back and forth from one department to another. Cheat sheets or an FAQ would have been an excellent idea for busy, busy times!

Cons

Staff desire full on-site fitness facility. There is a small area with equipment staff are able to use freely 24/7.
