There is a great variety of projects and technologies to work on at bSquare. There is also a flexible work schedule, telecommuting, as well as a fun, friendly environment.

Cons

bSquare has small raises (2-4%) and little or no career development plan in place for engineers.

Pros

We are really on the cutting edge of the embedded technology world and it's pretty exciting to be a part of. Our technology platform is very advanced and yet our company feel is still comfortable and relatable for everyone here. Management is strong and it's a fair and balanced environment.

Cons

It can be tempting to put in long hours but even still we do have a good work life balance that is highly encouraged, so I don't know that it can be considered a true 'downside'.
