Pros
The stock hasn't been delisted, at least not yet. There are some better companies to work for and good places to eat within short walking distance.
Cons
Management is unskilled and unprofessional . The core business, Microsoft's disastrous embedded initiative, is dying. What is supposed to be the grand strategy just is a jumble of buzzwords on powerpoint with no substance behind it. Who is that supposed to fool?
