Pros

Some may say the pay, but honestly still not worth it.

Cons

I worked here for a total of three shifts and orientation before everyone important in my life, including former bosses, encouraged me to quit. I was apprehensive about doing so so quickly, as I've never done anything like that before. Now that I have, I don't regret a thing. My orientation was just being told for 8 hours all the ways I could be fired instantly. This place has zero-tolerance for anything. Vehicle troubles made you a minute late to clock in? Oh well, it's not an excuse. You'll get written up for being late, even if you called ahead of time. One more time and that's your job. A tiny sliver of my tattoo showed during orientation, and it was like I had just taken out illegal drugs. The only reason I wasn't fired on the spot is that it was just orientation. No customers were even around. They started with intimidation tactics right from the start. They told me of all the people who'd been fired already, and twice as many who'd quit. The location had only been open a few months. They said people couldn't handle hard work. The work itself was fine. What's not fine is being constantly threatened about being on camera. They are completely understaffed because they can't keep employees long enough. You get a 7-minute standing lunch break for an 8-hour shift. That's it. They will constantly tell you to work faster as they don't pay minimum wage. They expect a sprint walk the entire time. Don't slow down, don't catch your breath for a moment. They hold the pay over you constantly while reminding you they only pay you as much to compete with Walmart. On my second shift, my shoe broke not even an hour into it. I asked if I could call my wife, who lives 5 minutes away, to bring me another pair. They said they couldn't allow that and made me wear oversized pressure washing boots for the whole shift. I wound up twisting my knee trying to walk in those. I worked the second shift, so the managers would leave before I did. After my first day, I had an employee review my work. They told me I did a great job and were super impressed with my station. They then showed me how to set up for the next shift. I came in the next day to be belittled by the manager, saying I didn't do my job and left the next shift unprepared. There was a constant theme of belittlement to make you feel the need to prove yourself by meeting unrealistic expectations. I was part-time, however other employees complained to me about how they would be scheduled 7-8 days in a row and then only given a day off before doing it again. This is the default, not picking up extra shifts.

Pros

Free drinks and yeah thats it

Cons

I've seen so many people walk out mid shift or quit without any notice. Many people do not even last a month before they get fired or quit. That is how terrible the work environment is. You absolutely do not matter and neither do any of your personal problems. You will be written up for even being 1 minute late. They watch your bathroom breaks. Management even gets upset if they see you laughing or having any sort of fun while working. Talking will even get you a hard stare and possibly a stern talking to. The company's policies will make you feel like you took a time machine back to 1955. No phones, no piercings, no tattoos. No personal freedom allowed. They take your PTO from you if you call out. You are a joke to the management. You will be replaced tomorrow.
