Terrible environment
Pros
Elevated pay, but you have to work a lot of OT.
Cons
Literally everything else but the pay. People dedicate their lives to this company. Some will move across state or country to help grow the company they love. You can give 10-15 years of your life to this company, not have any write ups or disciplinary actions, and still get fired. District managers and higher only visit the store to discipline. They offer no help, support, or coaching when the store isn’t performing to their standards. They just fire you and move on to the next. I remember working a record breaking Memorial Day weekend at our location. The owner of the company, Don, came by the day after, and instead of thanking everyone in the store for their hard work, all the front end manager received write ups because 1 item was mispriced by a dollar. Do not work for this company.
