      Customers and pay, nothing exciting screams about working here. You will be like a robot!

      Constant drama, favoritism by management, no sitting breaks (your feet will feel like they been chopped off by standing 8 hours a day), 1 minute late written up - stuck in traffic tough luck, no discount must pay full price for food and must eat fast. Overall you will get burned out by working hard in this company, certain people get away if they're liked by management. Some of the managers are rude and they don't communicate with each other well. Takes forever to resolve a situation. Lets just say with the finger print log in and the cameras everywhere you feel like you're in a concentration camp.

      Buc-cee's has a great image and takes pride in it. They screen their applicants carefully as they know their employees will exude their professional image

      Cons

      None at this time. This is a new store in Temple, Texas. Some applicants are complaining of their stringent screening process.
