      Pros

      Nice people and friendly faces to be around, nice culture, everyone seems to get along. Not really much to worry about. Great bonus structure and it is even better if you are in management.

      Cons

      None. They work hard to make sure everyone is where they want to be, most office employees get salary and are expected to work 45 hrs a week.

      Annual contribution by company to 401K and HSA account, monthly gain sharing bonus

      Cons

      High deductible health insurance plan, no loyalty by Management to their employees, managers frequently offsite and hard to get a hold of, lack of training and advancement opportunities
