      Since day one they have made me fell like family. They keep checking on me to make sure I am ok and liking what I'm doing. Love the company and their Christian values.

      Great PTO plan, standard benefits, 401 K, generous bonus structure for hourly and salaried employees. Team of people that treat each other like family, working towards the same goals. fairly climate controlled inside the building.

      Dusty, a bit noisy in a few places, pay is a bit low considering Spokane is a competitor for the labor.
