- Coworkers are friendly and understanding to learning curves - Variety of benefit options - Guaranteed amount of PTO per year as it is not accrued based off the time you put in - Lots of room to advance within the company - Leadership is clear with their expectations and the company's goals and whether we are meeting them.

Cons

- Hard to get to know everyone's names as the company is large.

Pros

It's a great environment to learn a new skill and to become part of an organization bigger than yourself. The benefits are great and the hours are great too. Buck is like a big family. There is always room to grow in these careers.

Cons

Night shift can be difficult to work with. Some shifts aren't ok the same page and lack communication.
