Pros

Working at Buck Mason was without a doubt both the most formative and most positive experience of my career. The team is dedicated, smart and it really feels like everyone is pulling together to build something. The founders place a lot of trust in their employees, and in my experience high-level direction was balanced with a lot of autonomy to grow the business in the ways I saw as most effective. No office politics, no BS, just a great, growing brand staffed by great people.

Cons

It can be tough to balance a number of different priorities, and things are not always perfect, but any issues are outweighed by the positives.
