Pros

The more you sale the more you can earn.

Cons

Management will find a way to get you fired if they do not like who you are. You can not be your true self, and Managers hand a lot of deals to their favorite buddies.

Pros

Pay and co-workers. Company buys lots of lunches and provides a couple activities throughout the year (holiday party, summer golf outing).

Cons

Micro management is off the charts. Managers are very unfair about splitting up leads (one manager will give his team the majority of the leads and the leads that have the best chance of a sale also go to his team. High pressure like most dealerships but they are not afraid to get rid of people they do not like very quickly. Managers rarely take action when issues arise.
