I cannot think of any cons

Pay and co-workers. Company buys lots of lunches and provides a couple activities throughout the year (holiday party, summer golf outing).

Micro management is off the charts. Managers are very unfair about splitting up leads (one manager will give his team the majority of the leads and the leads that have the best chance of a sale also go to his team. High pressure like most dealerships but they are not afraid to get rid of people they do not like very quickly. Managers rarely take action when issues arise.
